Lit Brothers Building
Lit Brothers was one of the major department stores in center city along with Wanamaker's Gimbel's and Strawbridge's. The doorway on the corner has an inscription that reads "Hats trimmed free of charge" harkening back to a bygone era. The building with it's ornate cast iron facade was saved and renovated in the 1980's.
