Philadelphia has dozens of museums highlighting everthing from the American Revolution, the US Constitution, art and science. Given the diverse nature of Philadelphia there are ethnic and cultural museums highlighting Aftican American, Swedish and Jewish history among others.
The Art Museum area provides access to The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Academy of Natural Scienes and the Frankilin Institute.
The area around Independence Hall contains the Liberty Bell, Constitution Center and the location of the Home of Benjamin Franklin.

Philadelphia is a great cultural center. If you have a limited time to visit, keep in mind that the Art Museum area is home to a number of museums such as the Academy of Natural Sciences, the Franklin Institute and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. |
