Bye to the inky and daily news

Well to be honest, they are not gone, just undergoing a debt restructuring under chapter 11. Therare a couple of things at play here

1. A lot of people are getting their news from alternative sources...ie the web

2. A lot of people like me are tired of the liberal slant of many newspapers. I saw that slant firsthand when my wife was running for the state senate. It wasnLt about news it was about pushing the editor's agenda. Note- this was the old management.

The Philadelphia Experiment -

There are rumors that an experiment by Einstein on a US Navy Destroy Escort resulted in some absolutely Weird occurances.

The project is popularly known as the "Philadelphia Experiment"

Some of the 'facts' in this documentary are different than some of the things I heard in other books. However, the basics are that Einstein came up with a theory of how to make ships invisible. A Destroyer Escort had one of it's engines replaced with an apparatus that would render the ship invisible. The documentary below says that the idea of invisibility was to outwit German Subs. I heard that the idea was to make a complete fleet invisible and have it suddenly appear in Tokyo Harbor.

The story is that things went horribly wrong with the experiment resulting in the ship teleporting and the men who were aboard becoming physically unstable.
